Shipping and Tax Information

Orders ship USPS Priority Mail, usually in one business day. Afterwards we’ll email you the Delivery Confirmation number to track your order at usps.com.

8.375% sales tax is applied to orders shipped to New York State, except for the Tigo Green Tea Discs which are tax-free.

Note to Canadian customers: due to the high cost of shipping to Canada, it is most cost-effective to order 3 cups or more. You can also visit our Canadian retailer Lee-Middleton Gourmet Tea.

Return Policy

If for any reason you’re not satisfied and would like a refund, first contact us. Then return the cup and box, and/or the sleeve, in good condition, to us within 14 days of receipt via a trackable carrier, and we’ll refund you the full product cost. Shipping charges are not refundable.

If you receive a defective cup and would like a replacement, first contact us. We’ll send you a postage-paid envelope to return the defective cup, and then we’ll send you a replacement at no cost. We reserve the right to determine whether a cup is actually defective; minor issues addressed on the About Tigo page do not constitute defects and normal refund policies as stated above will apply.

The Tigo Green Tea Discs are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to override these policies if they are abused or if fraudulent activity is suspected.
