About Information Collected
Information collected falls into two categories: personally identifiable and non-personally identifiable. Personally identifiable information is submitted by you during the order checkout process and on the “contact us” page. Non-personally identifiable information is collected automatically and consists solely of technical data. We do not tie non-personally identifiable information to personally identifiable information, with one exception: we attach your computer’s Internet Protocol (IP) address to your personally identifiable information when placing an order, as this is an essential part of preventing credit card fraud.

Personally Identifiable Information
During the checkout process, we collect and store your name, email address, billing/shipping addresses, phone number (optional), the last 4 digits of your credit/debit card number, and card expiration date. We use this information only to process and ship your order and to notify you of order status. We may also use your email address to send you occasional promotional emails. These emails will always contain “opt-out” instructions to remove your address from future mailings.

On the “contact us” page, we collect and store your name, email address, and phone number (optional). We use this information to reply to your message and to review feedback from our visitors.

Non-Personally Identifiable Information:
We use cookies to collect non-personally identifiable information throughout the site. This information is solely technical in nature and cannot be used to identify or contact you. We use this data only in the aggregate to learn about how our visitors access and use our site. You can remove or block cookies through your web browser settings, however blocking cookies may prevent your ability to place an order.

How We Protect and Ensure the Privacy of Your Information
Personally identifiable information you provide during the checkout process is encrypted using industry-standard Secure Socket Layer (“SSL”) technology, ensuring that it is transmitted securely. All personally identifiable information stored on our server is password-protected and SSL-secured when accessed by us.

We consider all information to be confidential and we never sell, trade, rent, or share your information to/with other parties. However, certain personally identifiable information is naturally presented to certain third parties as an essential part of completing your order. We use an authorizing agent to authorize charges to your credit/debit card, and the U.S. Postal Service to ship your order. With these exceptions, we never in any way disclose your information to other parties.

Your Access to Personally Identifiable Information
If you would like us to modify or delete the personally identifiable information we have about you, please contact us using the form on the “contact us” page. We will comply with your request to the fullest extent possible, but we may be unable to completely delete order-related data, as maintaining this data is an essential part of preventing credit card fraud.
