Our Tigo Green Tea Discs are made of quality green tea from Hunan province, China. Neatly compressed into single-serving discs and packaged into a compact tube - the discs' portability and convenience makes them a perfect match for the Tigo Filter Cup.

After harvesting, the leaves are dried and then compressed into the disc shapes. The compression process keeps the leaves fully intact - when you brew the discs, you'll see the leaves expand and infuse just like normal loose-leaf tea! By keeping the leaves whole, it also maintains the antioxidant content and flavor that you expect from loose-leaf tea. The tea's flavor is rich and earthy, perfect as a winter warmer or an invigorating pick-me-up at the office.
